Norman N. Yoset

Norman N. Yoset, 69, of Meadville, died at his residence Saturday, April 25, 1992, following an extended illness.

He was born in Titusville, July 28, 1922, a son of Norman and Audrey Hecker Yoset.  He married Donna Mae Heil, August 9, 1944.  She survives.

He retired from the Meadville Post Office in July 1977 as superintendent of postal operations, where he had worked for 30 years.  He was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Meadville.  He served as a first lieutenant in the US Air Force, was a member of American Legion Post 111, Masonic Lodge 8, San Antonia, TX and was secretary/treasurer of the PA Postal Supervisors for several years.

Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Mrs. Michael F. (Susan A.) Koch of Omaha, NE and Mrs. Albert A. (Nancy J) Vicere of State College; a son, Thomas L. Yoset at home; two aunts and cousins; and five grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
