Olive B. Johnston, 84, of Meadville, passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020.
She was born August 25, 1936 in California, PA, a daughter of Ted E. and E. Almira Lewis Davis. She married C. Richard Johnston October 1, 1955 and he preceded her in death February 6, 2007.
Olie was a 1954 graduate of Cambridge Springs High School. She was a homemaker and supported her husband in the operation of Meadville Precision Tool and Mold which became C & J Industries.
Olie was an East Mead Township committee woman for several years, volunteer at Meadville City Hospital and enjoyed flower gardening and traveling.
Survivors include one daughter, Sandra Hurban (Jack) of Cochranton; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Martha Diley of McKean, Harriet Lapp of Erie, and Elsie Lilley of Guys Mills; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheryl Johnston; a brother, Ted Davis; and a sister, Irene Shafer.
Services are private.
