Olive M. Nageotte

Mrs. Olive M. Nageotte, 85, of Meadville, died Wednesday, May 22, 1974, at San Rosario Nursing Home, Cambridge Springs, where she had been a patient one day.  She had been ill for two and one half months.

A daughter of August and Mary Bailey Rush, she was born in Randolph Township, May 8, 1889.  She married Raymond R. Nageotte November 3, 1908.  He died June 18, 1966.  She had been employed for many years as a house mother at Allegheny College.  A member of St. Hippolyte's Roman Catholic Church, Frenchtown, she also was a member of Senior Citizens of Meadville.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Amos (Evelyn) Smith of Guys Mills, Mrs. Carl (Mary) Moran and Mrs. Wayne (Ethel) Beebe of Erie and Mrs. Stanley (Ruth) Humes of Indianapolis and a son, Robert A. Nageotte of Guys Mills.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Hippolyte Roman Catholic Church Cemetery.
