Pamela Sue Seaholm

March 4, 1950 — May 2, 2014

Pamela Sue Seaholm, 64, of Cochranton, passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 at her residence surrounded by her loving family following a 2-year battle with cancer.

She was born March 4, 1950 in Sharon, a daughter of Eleanor Bacon McDonald.  She married David Seaholm May 27, 1972 and he survives.

Pamela was a 1968 graduate of Monongahela High School and a graduate of Edinboro State Teacher’s College with a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and art.  She worked as a teacher for 20 years for Head Start in Cochranton and Meadville and subsequently assisted her husband at Seaholm Home Inspections for 11 years.

Pamela attended First Faith Fellowship in Meadville.  She was a member of Meadville Eagles Aerie 429 and Vernon Central Volunteer Fire Dept. and was a former member of Charles Stafford American Legion Post 111 and the Meadville Ski Club where she had served as president.  An avid snow skier and pool player, she enjoyed painting, time spent on the family boat, and especially time spent with her grandchildren.

Survivors, in addition to her husband David, include two daughters, Joni Wagner and her husband Cary of Albion and Jill Nagg and her husband Tim of Erie; five grandchildren, Cooper, Karli, Kendall, Ashlin, and Ally; a brother, Jeffrey Heidelbach and his wife Kathy of New Eagle; her mother-in-law, Hope Adams of Meadville; and nieces and nephews.

There are no services.
