Paul D. Kightlinger

Paul D. Kightinger, 81, of Saegertown, died Saturday, November 25, 1995, at Meadville Medical Center. He was born in Meadville, August 13, 1914, a son of Carl and Elizabeth Consla Kightlinger. He married Marion J. Roae, March 4, 1933. She preceded him in death December 1, 1973. He retired from Talon as a machine operator in the shipping and receiving department after 41 years of service. He was a member of St. Agatha's Roman Catholic Church and a church usher. He was a member of the Meadville Club, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2006, Vernon Volunteer Fire Department and West Mead No. 2 Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid golfer in retirement and enjoyed traveling. Survivors include five sons, Daniel R. Kightlinger of Coudersport, Benton C. Kightlinger of Meadville, Paul D. Kightlinger of Boynton Beach, FL, Thomas L. Kightlinger of Conneaut Lake and Mark E. Kightlinger of Saegertown; a daughter, Debra A. Waid of Cambridge Springs; nineteen grandchildren and twenty-five greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Dorothy Jean Cozaad and a brother, Benton Kightlinger. Services were held at Waid Funeral Home. Interment was in St. Hippolyte Cemetery. Services Past Services
