Paul M. Fry, Jr., 85, of Conneaut Lake went to be with his Lord and Savior, Monday, April 6, 2020 at Rolling Fields.
He was born August 14, 1934 in Greensburg, PA a son of Paul M. and Georgia Tosh Fry, Sr. He married Jessie Mae “Peg” Jones October 18, 1956 and she survives.
He was a 1952 graduate of Oberlin High School, Oberlin, OH and was a veteran of the Korean War serving stateside and in Japan from 1953-1962. He retired from Smith-Gray, Buick GMC as Parts and Service Manager. Previously, he had worked at American Viscose, Pittsburgh Auto of Meadville, Tom Kirkpatrick Buick Pontiac, Bob Brandt Volkswagen and McQuillen Buick GMC of Girard.
He was a member of High Street Community Church where he served as an Elder and Finance Committee member. He was also an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Peg, of 63 years, include: a son, Randy Fry of Meadville; three daughters, Dori Radicella of Meadville, Wendy Wise (Clifford) of Saegertown and Sherri Kunselman of Meadville; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Hawke of Kipton, OH and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family and friends will be received on Saturday, July 18th from 10-11 a.m. at High Street Community Church, 9517 US Hwy 322, Conneaut Lake where a memorial service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. John Sandau, Jr., Pastor, officiating. In keeping with the CDC guidelines, the wearing of masks is requested. A funeral dinner will immediately follow.
Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Harmonsburg.
