Pearl A. Bish, 73, of Meadville, died Wednesday, February 1, 1989, at Meadville Medical Center following a brief illness.
She was born in Warren, July 7, 1915, a daughter of Charles and Anne Aljoe Keefer. She married John A. Bish April 13, 1934. He survives.
She was employed at Talon and then at Allegheny College for 10 years as a proctor for Ravine Dormitory. She was a member of Stone United Methodist Church.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a daughter, Saundra J. Talbot of Tuscon, AZ; a son, Charles A. Bish of Grove City; two sisters, Orpha Cunningham of Warren and Mary Knudsen of Warren; several nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five sisters, Mildred and Eva Keefer, Emma Miller, Verda Yagge and Donna Burkhart.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
