Pearl Leathers Gunsallus

December 11, 1905 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Pearl Leathers Gunsallus, 47, wife of Stearl Gunsallus, of Meadville, died Friday afternoon at City Hospital where she had been a patient since March 10.

She spent the early portion of her life in Bellefonte, Centre County, and moved to Meadville 23 years ago.

She was a member of St. Paul's Evangelical and Reformed Church and its Friendly Sisters Class.

Survivors are her husband; a daughter, Mrs. William C. Wasson of Meadville; a son, Stearl Robert Gunsallus, Jr. at home; a grandson; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Leathers of Bellefonte; six sisters, Mrs. John Dawson, Mrs. Albert Confer, Mrs. Miles King, Mrs. Raymond Rider and Mrs. Nancy Hillard, all of Bellefonte and Mrs. Rittmiller of Middleburg, PA; five brothers, Harold, Ronald, Phillip, Lee, John Jr. and Max Leathers, all of Bellefonte.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in a cemetery in Eagle Cemetery, Bellefonte.
