Phyllis Marie Derricott

Phyllis Marie Derricott, 76, of Meadville, a formerr credit office worker, died Wednesday, February 10, 1993, at Meadville Medical Center following a brief illness.

She was born in Youngstown, OH, February 7, 1917, a daughter of Frank P. and Marie Edith Talhoski Krider.  She married Edward John Derricott, November 29, 1936.  He preceded her in death May 4, 1981.

She had been employed in the credit office at J. C. Penney and in retail stores for John J. Shyrock, Co., both on Meadville; and worked for Talon Inc. for several years.  She was a graduate of Hornell, NY High School.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. R. J. (Judith) Haylett of Conneaut Lake; a son, John F. Derricott of Exton; a half sister, Partricia Campbell of Rochester, NY and four grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
