Ralph E. Custer, Sr., 64 of Jackson Center, passed away on May 20, 2021 at his home. Ralph was born in Hendersonville on March 18, 1957. He worked as a blocklayer for many years until his health could no longer allow. He married his beloved wife, Gail (Weiher) Custer on September 1, 1990, she survives at home. Ralph enjoyed the outdoors and going turkey hunting when his health would permit. He enjoyed helping with home projects and was always given a large “honey-do” list from his wife. Most of all he loved his family, especially spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Ralph is survived by his son, Ralph Custer, Jr. of New York, step-daughter Jennifer Ungvarsky and husband Christopher of Raccoon Twp, Beaver County, grandchildren Zachary, Samantha, Adam, Nicholas, and Emma, as well as numerous siblings. Ralph was preceded in death by a step-son, Nicholas Erlach. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro, where family and friends are welcome from 2 pm – 4 pm on Monday, May 24.
