Randy D. Hale, 57 of Findley Twp, Grove City, passed away on December 19, 2018 at Meadville Medical Center. Randy was born on August 21, 1961 in Warsaw, NY, to Duane S. and Carolyn A. Dickey Hale, they survive. He was a graduate of West Middlesex High School and worked for many years in construction operating heavy machinery as a Union Operator. Randy also co-owned and proudly operated “Hale on Wheels” in Mercer for nearly two decades. Randy proudly served his country in the United States Army Reserves. Randy loved to be outdoors doing many activities such as running, bicycling, and kayaking. He also enjoyed taking his beloved dog Whibley for walks and to races. He was a motorcycle and dirt bike fanatic, racing in many circuits, every weekend he could, such as the GNCC, CRA, and AWRCS, and was a member of the American Motorcycle Association. In addition to his parents, Randy is survived by his partner, Mona Saeler, son Jordan Hale of Monaca, daughter Lauren McLean and husband Andrew of Longmont, CO, grandson Simon McLean, brother Aaron Hale and wife Shauna, several nieces and nephews, his beloved dog, Whibley, and the mother of his children, Paula Hale. Randy was preceded in death by his maternal Dickey grandparents and paternal Hale grandparents. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Home of STONEBORO, 99 Franklin Street, where family and friends are welcome from 12 pm - 4 pm on Sunday, December 23. A time of sharing and remembrance will take place at the funeral home at 4 pm. Interment will be private. Memorials may be made in Randy’s name to the Competition Riders of America.
