Raymond R. Heister, Jr.

Raymond R. Heister, Jr., 63 of Sandy Lake, passed away on May 5, 2023 at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie. Raymond was born on November 5, 1959 to Treva (Boughner) Smith and the late Raymond R. Heister, Sr. He was a graduate of Lakeview High School. He enjoyed spending time outdoors hunting and gardening when his health permitted. He also enjoyed raising a few cattle and having chickens.

Raymond is survived by his mother: Treva Smith of Polk, his brother: Clifford Heister of Sandy Lake, and sisters: Susan Jones of Sandy Lake and Vicki Carothers of Stoneboro.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral home & Crematory, Inc. Stoneboro & Sandy Lake.

There will be no services as per Raymond's wishes.
