Rev. Barbara L. Gallagher

Barbara L. Gallagher, 56, of Meadville, died Tuesday, October 18, 1994, at home, following an illness of several years.

She was born February 23, 1938, in Cleveland, OH, a daughter of Joseph and Olga (Rosinger) Walko.

She was a waitress at the Meadville Country Club for 15 years.  She was a member and assistant pastor of the Church of Harmonial Fellowship.  She also was a member of the board of directors of the Crawford County Unit of the American Cancer Society as well as a member of the Cancer Support Group and secretary of the Harmonial Philosophy Assn.

Survivors, in addition to her parents, of St. Petersburg, FL, include her lifelong friend, John F. Gallagher; four sons, John F. Gallagher, Robert L. Gallagher, Martin E. Gallagher, all of Meadville and James J. Gallagher of Cleveland; one daughter, Colleen M. Gallagher of Meadville; one sister, Nancy Pace of Cannonsburg, PA and six grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
