Richard David Clark, 20, of Meadville, died early Thursday morning on Route 322, one mile north of Cochranton, as a result of an automobile accident.
He was born at Clarkson, Monroe County, NY, July 26, 1960, son of James F. and Ruthanne Ginther Clark.
He was a 1978 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School and had attended Edinboro State College for a year. He was employed for a year at Avtex Fibers, Inc., from where he recently was furloughed. He attended Stone United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Mrs. Edward (Julianne) Rubner of Meadville and Miss Cynthia Clark of Meadville; a brother, James W. Clark of Erie; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Maude Ginther and paternal grandmother, Mrs. June Freson of Brockport, NY.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
