Robert L. Heath

Robert L. Heath, 83, was treasurer then later general manager of the former Crawford Store of Meadville, and previously was an accountant for several different companies.

He was a member of Stone United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge No. 408, the Country Club in Meadville, the Lions Club, and the Odd Fellows.  He attended Jamestown Business College, Allegheny College and Youngstown University.

He was an avid tennis player, golfer and hunter.

Heath died Tuesday, May 31, 1994, at Meadville Medical Center following a year of failing health.

He was born in Tidioute, October 5, 1910, a son of Levi and Selma Swanson Heath.

He married Lucille Silvis October 5, 1940.  She survives.

Survivors also include a brother, Harold Heath of Brookfield, IL and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
