Roberta L. Dean

May 19, 1876 — January 1, 1753

Mrs. Roberta L. Dean, 74, wife of Harry J. Dean, died at her home on Rogers Ferry Road this morning at 11 o'clock after an extended illness.

Born in Union Township, May 19, 1876, Mrs. Dean was the last of the family of Henry and Louisa Cutshall.  Most of her early life was spent in East Fairfield Township, where she attended Shaws School.  Mrs. Dean was a member of Stone Methodist Church and Beach Light Class.

Surviving besides the husband, Harry J. Dean, are three daughters, Mrs. O. G. Boylan, Mrs. Otto M. Calvin and Mrs. Wilbur Miller, all of Vernon Township; three sons, Arthur and Morris Dean of Vernon Township and Dr. Lewis K. Dean of Philadelphia; and nine grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
