Robin E. Phillips

Robin E. Phillips, 44, of Meadville, died Sunday, May 27, 2012 at Meadville Medical Center following a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by family.

She was born May 14, 1968 in Titusville, FL, a daughter of Robyn Huber and Mable Elaine Barnard Monday.  She married Tim Phillips.

Robin was a graduate of Winter Haven High School, Winter Haven, FL and had been employed at Meadville Medical Center and the Yolanda G. Barco Oncology Institute.  She previously worked at Lakeland Regional Medical Center, Lakeland, Florida.

A caring people person, Robin was always concerned about the needs of others.

Survivors include her father, Robyn Huber of Lake Wales, FL, her mother, Mable Elaine Monday of Titusville, FL; her husband, Tim Phillips of Meadville; three children, Jessica Denmark of Springhill, FL, Elaina Newbury of Cochranton, and Christopher Conwell of Winter Haven, FL; and three grandchildren.

Calling hours will be Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, 581 Chestnut St., Meadville where the funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. John Brown officiating.

Interment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Portland, TN.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials may be made to your local cancer organization.
