Ronald “Ron” Lee Harrison, 58, of Jackson Center passed away on December 15, 2019 at Grove City Medical Center. Born on October 24, 1961 in Grove City he was the son of Allen and Carol Adams Harrison. Ron graduated from Lakeview High School. He worked for R&R Truck Centers of PA for 32 years as a shop foreman. In his free time, you could often find him outside, if he wasn’t out hunting or fishing he would be in the garage working on cars or woodworking. Ron loved to spend time with his grandson, Karson. He was a member of the Jackson Center Sportsman’s Club. Ron married his beloved wife, Susan G. Waid Harrison in May, 1984, and she survives at home. In addition to his mother and wife, Ron is survived by his children: Christopher Legas, of Jackson Center and Megan King (Adam), of Sandy Lake; his grandchildren: Karson King and Aradan Maxon; his siblings: Gene (Lisa) Harrison, Laurie (Sid) Harrison and Darla (Jeff) Cheski, a close family friend: Tracy VanDusen and his nieces and nephew. Ron was preceded in death by his father, Allen Harrison. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Home, 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro.
