Rose V. Frontz

Mrs. Rose V. Frontz, 78, of Meadville, died at Spencer Hospital Friday, May 13, 1977, after a long illness.

She was born in Crawford County on April 16, 1899, a daughter of George and Maude Brown Lenheart.  She was the widow of John Frontz, Sr. who died in 1970.

Mrs. Frontz was a member of Stone United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women of the church, Golden Crown Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star; Col. Crawford Chapter, Daughter of the American Revolution; the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and the Meadville Woman's Club.

Survivors include two sons, John D. of Meadville and Richard A. of Meadville; two sisters, Mrs. Wilma North and Mrs. Thelma Johnson, both of Conneaut Lake; three grandsons; one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Saegertown Cemetery.
