Roy A. Miller

Roy A. Miller, 76, resident for the past two years of the Presbyterian Home at Titusville, formerly of Meadville, died Monday, December 12, 1966 at Titusville Hospital.

A son of Andrew and Katherine Schmidt Miller, he was born in Meadville, November 8, 1889.  His wife, the former Frances Haury whom he married in May 1915, died in July of 1964.

Mr. Miller was a retired Talon, Inc. electrician.

He was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, an elder of the church and past president of its consistory.  He was a member of Dick Hose Volunteer Fire Department and of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

He is survived by a son, Richard K. of Willow Grove; two sisters, Mrs. Arthur (Eva) Hoagland of Carlsbad, CA and Miss Dorothy Miller of Monrovia, CA; two brothers, Karl A. Miller of Meadville and Louis A. Miller of Miami, FL and one grandson.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
