Ruth Parker

Ruth Parker, 89, formerly of Corry and a resident at Wesbury United Methodist Community since April 30, 1979, died Wednesday, October 4, 1989, at Wesbury following a lengthy illness.

She was born in Wattsburg, July 18, 1900, a daughter of Harley W. and Mertie M. McDonald Parker.

She was a member of Evangelical United Methodist Church of Corry.

Survivors include a sister, Leona Parker, also a resident at Wesbury.  She was preceded in death by a brother, Claude Parker.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Wattsburg Cemetery.
