Sandra Lee Ploski

Sandra Lee Ploski, 51, of Meadville, died unexpectedly Sunday, August 19, 1990, at Meadville Medical Center.

She was born in Meadville on April 14, 1939, a daughter of Walter and Helen Hecker Andre.  She was raised by her maternal grandparents, Raymond and Margaret Hecker.  She married James L. Ploski on August 6, 1961.  He survives.

She was office manager for Dr. Randy Zellen of NW Nephrology Associated Inc.  Previously, she had worked in the office of Dr. A. G. Deininger and prior to that, had worked at the former Meadville Telephone Co.  She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.  She was a 1957 graduate of Meadville High School, and a 1961 graduate of Grove City College with a bachelor of science degree in commerce.

Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Steven James Ploski of Meadville and Richard Ray (Rick) Ploski of Conneaut Lake and her mother, Helen Fitzpatrick of Bard, CA.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Union Cemetery.
