Sandra Little

Sandra Bugbee Little, 79, of Saegertown, died Wednesday, November 9, 2016 peacefully in her home. She was born September 29, 1937 in Dunkirk, NY, a daughter of Robert E. and Georgina (Peg) Lamphear Bugbee. She married Robert Harold Little September 10, 1993 and he preceded her in death December 26, 2006. Sandy was a 1955 graduate of Saegertown High School and a graduate of the Crawford County Vocational-Technical School where she received her certified nurse assistant degree. She worked as the Saegertown Borough secretary for 18 years, as the Saegertown Sewer Authority recording secretary, and Sandy concluded her career working for 5 years as a certified nurses assistant at the Crawford County Care Center. Sandy belonged to the Saegertown United Methodist Church and was a member of the Meadville YMCA and the Saegertown American Legion Post 205. Sandy was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting and spending summers at Chautauqua Lake. Her joy in life was her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Surviving Sandy are her three daughters, Debbie Muckinhaupt of Pinellas Park, FL, Robin Davis and her husband Jeff of Erie, and Jennifer Penoyer and her husband Josh of Saegertown; three sons, Scott Muckinhaupt and his companion Terry Tomiczek, R. Chris Muckinhaupt, and Matthew Smith and his wife Meg, all of Saegertown; a stepson, Steven Little of Butler; twelve grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters, Angela Maitland and her husband John of Ashville, NY, Janet Yoder of Meadville, and Georgina Zee and her husband Steve of Millsboro, DE; a brother, Robert M. Bugbee and his wife Diane Clark of Jacksonville, FL; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
