Spencer L. Fox

Spencer I. Fox, 64, of Meadville, died at City Hospital, Friday, September 3, 1965, after a long illness.

Born in Forestville, NY, on June 20, 1901, Mr. Fox was a son of George and Mary Counradt Fox.  He married the former Elsie Hall on June 20, 1928.

Employed as a tool and die maker at Talon, Inc., Mr. Fox was a member of Masonic Lodge 408, Mariott Sunday School Class, Methodist Men, International Assn. of Machinists and was a church usher for Stone Methodist Church which he attended.

Survivors, in addition to his widow, are a daughter, Joanne; a son, Nelson; a sister, Mrs. Benjamin (Grace) Jackson of Tonawanda, NY; and four brothers, Ernest of Jamestown, Lester of Eau Gallie, FL, Reuben of Silver Creek, NY and Hubert of Townville.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
