Stanley J. Sobilo

Stanley J. Sobilo, 49, of Meadville, died suddenly at Spencer Hospital Tuesday, June 16, 1970.

He was born at Meadville July 12, 1920, a son of Joseph and Jadwiga Sadlocha Sobilo.  He married Julia Masko on June 26, 1943.

Mr. Sobilo was employed for the past 15 years at Talon Division to Textron, Inc., Plant 7, where he was a foreman.  He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the European Theater, and was a member of Polish National Alliance, Talon Management Club and St. Brigid's Roman Catholic Church.

Surviving are his widow; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Joyce) Kamienski of Meadville; a son, Richard J. at home; two sisters, Mrs. Leo (Wanda) Justin of Meadville and Mrs. Stanley (Helen) Samek of Cleveland, and a brother, Leon of Cleveland.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in St. Agatha Cemetery.
