Stella A. Mitchell Stiles

Mrs. Stella A. Mitchell Stiles, 81, formerly of Mt. Jewett, died Monday at the Methodist Home for the Aged for the Erie Conference after a brief illness.  She had resided at the home for over five years.

She was born January 25, 1875, at Custer City but spent most of her life in McKean County.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Kenneth C. Thompson, Ray Village, OH; a son, Robert Mitchell of Mt. Jewett; a sister, Mrs. Luella Day of Coshocton, OH; a brother, Ross Brooks of Wewoka. OK; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Kane.
