Theodore Michael Johnson

Theodore Michael Johnson, 22, of 213 Wood Street, Meadville died at home March 2, 2002.

He was born in Meadville July 20, 1979 a son of Lance A. and Diane M. Chmura Johnson.

He was a graduate of Meadville High School and a member of St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church.  He was an avid hiker, guitar player and enjoyed his music.  He also volunteered at the Erie National Wildlife Refuge at Cambridge Springs.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include a maternal grandmother, Kathryn Chmura of Meadville; a paternal grandmother, Mary Isabel Johnson of Meadville; four uncles, five aunts and several cousins.

Calling hours will be Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home, Inc., 581 Chestnut St., Meadville.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Brigid Roman Catholic Church, 383 Arch St., Meadville, with the Rev. Regis Menihan as celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Brigid Cemetery.

The family suggests memorials be made to the Tamarack Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, 21601 Stull Rd., Saegertown, PA 16433 or the Meadville Public Library, 848 N. Main St., Meadville, PA 16335.
