Thomas A Hawke, 66, of Painesville, OH, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 20, 2024. Thomas was born to Richard and B. Louise (neeEaton) Hawke on January 4, 1958. Thomas worked as a sheet metal fabricator for Astro Manufacturing for many years.
Thomas married the love of his life, Eunice, on September 3, 1994.
Thomas was a dedicated worker, always striving to be a respectable and favored employee in workforce. At home, Thomas enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid sports fan. He would often be cheering on the Steelers, but in recent years, he has started to enjoy watching the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Guardians. Aside from sports, Thomas could often be found relaxing after work building fires in the firepit or watching old western shows. Thomas was also known for his mean pitching skills in the men’s softball league he was a part of. He enjoyed taking part in a mixed bowling league with his wife, Eunice.
Thomas is survived by his wife, Eunice, and his children; Joni (Adam) Ladaika, Curtis Hawke, and Kelly (Chris) Kossman. He also leaves behind his grandchildren; Ben(Morgan) Ladaika, Rebekah Ladaika, Isabel Ladaika, Abigail Ladaika, Kendall Kossman, and Cooper Kossman, as well as many nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers; Richard and John Hawke, and a sister Evelyn Titus.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home and Crematory, INC. 99 Franklin St Stoneboro, PA 16153. A visitation will take place from 3:30-6:30PM on Saturday, August 24, with a funeral service to follow being officiated by Pastor Randy Ritchey.
