Thomas B. Earley, 67, of Conneaut Lake, died Friday, January 24, 2014 at White-Cliff Nursing Home, Greenville.
He was born in Homestead, October 24, 1946 a son of William and Roberta Strang Earley. He married Marie Urban in 1975 and she survives.
He was a graduate of Churchill High School and attended the University of Miami (FL), Arizona State University and Youngstown State University. He owned and operated Earley’s Roofing in Pittsburgh for 39 years, retiring in 2007.
He was very scrappy, enjoyed fishing, a good meal and building a big bon-fire. He was known by his family and friends as “Tom the Bomb”.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, Marie of 38 years, include: a son, Thomas C. Earley of Pittsburgh; two daughters, Caroline Schadle of Houston, TX and Christine Dover of Boston, MA; two brothers, William Earley and James Earley both of Pittsburgh and three grandchildren, Lily Earley, Thomas Earley and Sophia Dover.
A memorial service will be Saturday at the Alfieri Funeral Home, 201 Marguerite Avenue, Wilmerding, PA 15148.
