Timothy J. Walp, 55, of Meadville died Saturday, September 23, 2017 at his mother’s home following a long battle with diabetes.
He was born November 26, 1961 in Meadville a son of Donald and Rita Mason Walp. He was a 1981 graduate of Meadville High School and worked for Greenleaf Corporation for 27 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by a daughter, Rhiannon Walp and her fiancée Stephen Dunlap of Meadville; a son, Brian Walp of Meadville; his mother, Rita Walp of Meadvillle; a sister, Melissa Rossi of Erie; a niece, Lisa Rossi of Erie; a nephew, Eric Rossi of Erie and a great niece, Alexa Rossi.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Walp; two brothers, Michael Walp and Chris Walp; his paternal grandparents, Karl and Calista Walp and his mathernal grandparents, Frank and Alma Mason.
A private family graveside service will be held in St. Brigid Cemetery.
