Troy M. Dulaney

Troy M. Dulaney, 41 of Mercer, passed away on January 30, 2022.

Troy was a beautiful boy born on October 2,1980 in Grove City to Matthew Dulaney and Rose Seybert.

You could often catch his amazing smile while he was outdoors hunting, fishing or archery hunting. The only time you would see him smile bigger was when he was with or talking about his girls.

Troy is survived by his parents, daughters Taryn and Skylar Dulaney, sisters Mandy(Mike) Moomey and Ashley Nekut, as well as his adoring nephews, Marek and Rylan Moomey, Ryann Nekut and niece Syeria Nekut. As well as his lifelong friends Jeremy and Josh Weirick.

Troy was preceded in death by his grandparents and his step-mother, Paula Dulaney.

He is forever loved and will be missed beyond measure.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Rose and Black Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. 99 Franklin Street, Stoneboro, where family and friends are welcome from 5 pm – 7 pm on Monday, February 7. A time of sharing will follow visitation at 7 pm at the funeral home.
