Twila Ruth Appenrodt

T. Ruth Appenrodt, 79, of Meadville, died Monday, May 23, 1988 at the Hillside Home. She was born in Clarion Township, Clarion County, PA, a daughter of the late J. E. and Alice Keefer Weiser. She married Norman W. Appenrodt June 11, 1949. He died April 12, 1980. Ruth was a member of First Baptist Church. She was part of the church's MCR Class, Womens Missionary Group and served on various boards. She was employed at American Viscose (now Avtex) in her early years. She was the secretary for the Meadville School District Dentist for 14 years. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Alice Fowler of New Kensington, PA and two nieces. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Blanda Wilson and a brother, Truman Weiser. Service were held at the Robert W. Waid Funeral Home with Rev. William Minser of First Baptist Church, officiating. Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Services Past Services
