Verna C. David

Verna C. David, 79, a resident of Houston, TX, formerly of Meadville, died Wednesday, January 18, 1989, at Houston Northwest Medical Center.

Mrs. David was born at Warren, June 26, 1909, a daughter of Hiram W. and Minnie Anderson Clark.  She married Stanley E. David.  He preceded her in death in 1977.

She was employed at Talon for 15 years.  Mrs. Davies was an active volunteer with the Easter Seal Society and a member of Stone United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one son, Clarke E. David of Houston; two sisters, Evelyn Cunningham of North East and Martha Johnson of Naples, FL and three grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
