Victor C. (Vic) Mcmillin

Victor C. (Vic) McMillin, 56, of Harmonsburg Rd., Conneaut Lake, died Sunday, March 1, 2009 at Meadville Medical Center.

He was born November 3, 1952 in Meadville, a son of Robert McMillin and Anna Mae Fails McMillin.  He married Sally Hanson August 2, 1980.

He was a graduate of Falconer High School, Falconer, NY and Millikin University, Decatur, IL.  He worked for Agway Building and Supply for 17 years and subsequently for Clymer Farm Supply, both as a farm system salesman.  He currently was owner and operator of Vic McMillin Barn Equipment.

Vic was a member of the Vernon Central Hose Company and the Conneaut Lake Park Fire Hall.  He enjoyed horse pulling competitions, football and wrestling.

He was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors, in addition to his wife Sally of 28 years, include 2 sons, Jason McMillin and his fiancé Tiffany Galford of Conneaut Lake and Ben McMillin of Conneaut Lake; his mother, Anna Mae McMillin of Jamestown, NY; a sister, Janet Jaszcz and her husband David of Jamestown, NY; and a nephew, Patrick Jaszcz of Jamestown, NY.  He was preceded in death by his father.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, Pierpont, OH.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
