Victor Eugene Winans

Victor Eugene Winans, 82, former Crawford County resident, died Tuesday at St. Petersburg, FL, where he had resided since 1949.

A carpenter by trade, he was a son of the late Samuel and Nancy Maryott Winans.  He spent his early life in the Lyona community in Richmond Township and later resided Meadville for many years.  His sister, Mrs. Violet E. Drake, who resided at the Home for the Aged, died last spring.  Niece and nephews survive.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
