Virgie Sharp

Mrs. Virgie Sharp, 80, formerly of Pittsburgh, died Monday, July 4, 1977, at the Mead Nursing Home where she had been a patient for four years.

She was born in Ohio on January 16, 1897, a daughter of Milton and Amelia Bell.  She first married Benjamin Wilkinson who died in 1922.  She later married Oliver Sharp who died in 1965.

Survivors include two sons, Henry Wilkinson of Meadville and Jack Wilkinson of Opa Locka, FL; a sister, Mrs. Hilda Heckathorn of Tempe, AZ; a brother, Charles Bell of Houston, TX; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Toronto Union Cemetery.
