William “Bill” B. Miller, 86 of Sandy Lake, passed away on September 20, 2020 at St. Paul Homes, Greenville. Bill was born in New Kensington on December 17, 1933 to the late Byron E. and Mary J. (Zemanski) Miller. He was a graduate of Plum Borough High School in 1952 and worked for many years for the Bricklayer Union #9. He also worked as a bus driver for Lakeview band and sports. Bill proudly served his Country in the United States Army. Bill was a member of Sandy Lake Presbyterian Church for 42 years and was a member of the Mercer County Farm Bureau for 20 years. He enjoyed farming and hunting as well as spending time with his family. He married his beloved wife, Lois R. Albert on May 20, 1961, she survives at home. He is also survived by daughter Debbie Wygant and husband Phillip of Sandy Lake, grandchildren William Wygant and companion Jamie Wright, Lynne Byrne and husband Charles, both of Sandy Lake, great-grandchildren Brayden, Destiny, Dante, Jenny, and Samantha Byrne, William Wygant Jr, Gage Gilmore, and Diamond Cattrucco, sister Frances Miller of Plymouth, MI, and Jack Miller and wife Karen of Lower Burrell, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Black Funeral Home of SANDY LAKE, 3236 S. Main Street, where family and friends are welcome from 11 am – 12 pm on Tuesday, September 22. A funeral service will follow visitation at 12 pm with the Rev. Beth Creekpaum officiating.
