William Clyde Heasley

October 3, 1881 — January 19, 1963

William Clyde Heasley, 81, of Meadville, died Saturday, January 19, 1963, at City Hospital after a short illness.

He was born at Leesburg, Mercer County, October 3, 1881, a son of Jacob and Catherine Ritenour Heasley.  His first wife, the former Alice MacConnell, died in 1944.  He married Laura Bromley Glover January 24, 1948.  He was a retired Erie Railroad Co. locomotive engineer and was a member of Christian and Missionary Alliance Chruch.

He is survived by his widow; a son, Ralph Heasley of Miami, FL; a stepson, Armond Glover of Meadville; a sister, Mrs. Alice Rhodes of New Castle; a brother, Carl B. Heasley of Jensen Beach, FL and three grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Greendale Cemetery.
