William G. Peterman, 67, of Conneautville, died at City Hospital, Tuesday, June 18, 1974, after a long illness. He had been hospitalized nine days.
He was born in Pittsburgh on March 13, 1907, a son of Charles and Elsie Peterman. He married Ava Miller on June 24, 1933. Mr. Peterman was employed as warehouse manager for Meadville Moving and Storage for many years. He was a member of Denny Chapel and Rundells Grange.
Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Miss Ava Jean Peterman and Miss Rachel Peterman, both of Conneautville, Mrs. Dorothy Gable of Meadville and Mrs. Betty Hodge of Centerville; three sons, William G. Peterman, Jr. of Saegertown, L. G. Peterman of Edinboro and David Peterman of Conneautville; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Ervin of Guys Mills; a brother, Robert of Tucson, AZ and ten grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and a grandson.
Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.
Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery.
