William John Lang

William John Lang, 83, of Guys Mills, died at Meadville City Hospital, Sunday, February 14, 1965, following a long illness.

Born in Meadville August 21, 1881, to John M. and Catherine Hollabaugh Lang.  He married the former Naomi Louise Snyder June 4, 1907.

Mr. Lang was a member of Mt. Hope Methodist Church and was a goldstar member of the Randolph Grange.  He was employed as a farmer.

Surviving, in addition to his widow, are two daughters, Mrs. Robert (Mary) Sikes and Mrs. Leonard (Kathryn) Underwood, both of Meadville; a son, Neil W. Lang of Guys Mills; a sister, Mrs. Virgil (Ada) Deissler of Meadville; two brothers, Burton of Meadville and Charles of Guys Mills and seven grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
