William W. Kennedy

William W. Kennedy, 73, of Saegertown, died Wednesday, March 25, 1959, at his home after an illness of several years.

Kennedy was born in Mount Lebanon, Allegheny County, November 25, 1885, a son of George K. and Priscilla Chambers Kennedy.  He married the former Marie Carman February 6, 1918.

He was a retired farmer, having operated a Richmond Township farm for 35 years.  He lived in the Saegertown area for seven years.  He was a member of Second Presbyterian Church, Pittsburgh.

Surviving are his widow; four sons, Richard E. of Meadville, James W. of Saegertown, Robert P. and Charles E. of Guys Mills; a sister, Mrs. Edna M. Marshall of New Cumberland, WV and nine grandchildren.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Lyona Cemetery.
