Zack Lee Butler

Zack Lee Butler, infant son of James V. and Elaine Hirt Butler, Jr. of Meadville, failed to survive Thursday February 26, 1998, at Meadville Medical Center.

Survivors in addition to his parents, include three sisters, Amanda Butler, Cheyenne Butler and Kimberli Fike; his maternal grandparents, Gerald and Doris Newcomer of Meadville; his paternal grandfather, James V. Butler, Sr. of Meadville; his maternal great-grandmother, Carolyn J. Martin of Meadville; also aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
