Zadie Olivia Lawrence

Miss Zadie Olivia Lawrence, 85, formerly of Emlenton, died Wednesday, October 28, 1959, at the Methodist Home for the Aged, after an illness of two months.

Miss Lawrence was born in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County, January 12, 1874, a daughter of John E. and Elizabeth H. Ogden Lawrence.  She was self-employed as a seamstress and spent all of her life in Emlenton until she moved to the home 12 years ago.  She was a member of Big Bend Methodist Church.

She is survived by several nieces.

Services were held at Waid Funeral Home.

Interment was in Big Bend Cemetery.
